Inside this 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor, you will find:
- A large living room, bathed in light, and composed of a lounge area with sofa bed, large screen Smart TV, access to the balcony as well as a dining area under a loggia.
- The kitchen, equipped (except microwave) and open to the living room, with its central island where you can have a quick breakfast before reaching the beach, an 8-minute walk away.

Access to the property is a 30-minute walk from Cannes train station, 10 minutes by bus or by private driver, which we can take care of for you via our concierge service.

Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
