Located on Boulevard Alexandre III, the apartment is easily accessible:
- 10 minutes by car or public transport from Cannes train station
- 30 minutes by car from Nice Côte d'Azur Airport
Parking is possible, although not very convenient, thanks to the few spaces in the building's shared parking lot.
IN THE SURROUNDING AREA
By leaving your home to enjoy the sun, you can:
- 10 min walk: Reach Mouré Rouge beach to put your feet in the water or sit on the terrace to sip a cocktail
- 10 min walk: Enjoy the sea air on the Croisette, between luxury boutiques, palaces and fine sandy beaches

Departures are until 11 a.m. and arrivals from 4 p.m. (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 p.m.
Late arrival in person until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
