HOUSING
Upon arriving at your apartment, you will find an entrance that opens onto a large living room with two sofas, a bright dining area giving access to a beautiful sea view terrace, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a large work surface.
A bedroom with a double bed, reversible air conditioning and TV is also located on this level, as well as a shower room and a separate toilet.
A staircase leads to the upper level (be careful, stairs not recommended for young children).
You will find a second bedroom en suite with an office space and a sofa, a shower room with WC, and above all access to a rooftop facing SOUTH and EAST.
This outdoor space is furnished with deckchairs, a high table and chairs, all offering a panoramic view of the sea.
The added bonus is that a private underground garage is available to you.

Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
