Located on the 1st floor of a small building without elevator, this apartment is composed of:

- An open kitchen, equipped with gas hobs and all the equipment for cooking like at home
- A bedroom with double bed (140x190 cm)
- A second bedroom, equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm), a wardrobe and a dressing table

ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY
From Nice Airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8 motorway, then direct access to the building via the Croisette.
From Cannes train station: approximately 14 minutes on foot or 4 minutes by car.

Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
