HOUSING
Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room bathed in natural light. This space opens onto a terrace offering breathtaking views of the sea.
The living room has a large sofa, a smart TV and a dining area with a table for six guests.
The open kitchen, fully equipped (except microwave), will allow you to prepare your meals without losing sight of the sea.
Night side, the apartment is composed of:
- A bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200cm), a closet/dressing room and a wall-mounted TV, opening onto the kitchen
- A second smaller bedroom, ideal for children, with two bunk beds
- A modern shower room with WC
ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY
From Nice Airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8 motorway.
From Cannes train station: approximately 10 minutes by car or 35 minutes on foot.

- Public and private beaches: at the foot of the apartment for public beaches, 5 minutes walk for the private beaches of Palm Beach, to enjoy the fine sand and crystal clear waters

- Palm Beach: 5-10 minutes walk, an emblematic place in Cannes with its nautical club and seaside restaurants

Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
