HOUSING
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a beautiful bourgeois residence with caretaker.
Begin the visit with the entrance and its wardrobe, leading to a large, bright living room with smart TV and direct access to the garden.
In the extension, a fully equipped open kitchen and a dining room allow you to fully enjoy meals inside.
Here, you will find a shower room with WC.
On the night side, the apartment consists of two bedrooms:
- A master bedroom with a king size bed (180x200cm), its own bathroom with macerator toilet and direct access to the garden
- A second bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm), an adjoining shower room with WC and access to the garden as well
All rooms boast high ceilings. The bedrooms are furnished with hotel-quality bedding, although they cannot be completely blacked out during the day due to the slightly openwork shutters.
The private garden offers a pleasant outdoor dining area, as well as access to the separate laundry room.
The residence also benefits from a tennis court (reservation required at reception), and a beautiful park with tables and benches from where you can enjoy a sea view.

- La Croisette: accessible in 4 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot, this iconic promenade lined with palaces, private beaches and luxury boutiques is the heart of Cannes life. Ideal for strolling, having lunch by the sea or admiring the sunsets
- Public and private beaches: the beaches of the Croisette are a 5-minute drive away. There are many beach clubs with food service and deckchairs.
- Rue d'Antibes: just a 3-minute drive or 15-minute walk away, this lively shopping street is home to major brands, independent boutiques, as well as cafes and ice cream parlors.
- Palais des Festivals et Congrès: 6 minutes by car, central location for all major international events such as the Film Festival, MIPIM, Lions, etc.

Departures are until 11 a.m. and arrivals from 4 p.m. (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 p.m.
Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
