Let's start the tour with the entrance which leads to the main room, composed of a living room area with sofa bed (160x200cm), connected TV, dining area, and fully equipped open kitchen.
The whole opens through a large bay window onto the private garden, furnished with garden furniture, an outdoor dining area and an electric barbecue.
A gate provides direct access to the common green spaces and children's play areas, without having to go through the common areas.
Night side:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), storage and window onto the garden
- A shower room with double sink and WC
The whole is simple and functional, with quality equipment and furniture designed for a completely independent stay.
A reserved parking space is located right near the apartment entrance.

Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
