This apartment welcomes you with a beautiful living room opening directly onto the garden. It is composed of two spaces:
- The fully equipped open kitchen
- The living room with Smart TV.
The garden has a terrace with a dining table for four people, garden furniture and two deckchairs.
The bedroom will offer you great comfort thanks to its double bed, its wardrobe/dressing room and its large bay windows also opening onto the garden.
A shower room and separate toilet complete the space.
THE SURROUNDINGS
After a minute by car, you will reach Avenue Maréchal Juin, a central axis which will allow you, in less than 5 minutes:
- Go for a walk in the city center, going down the famous rue d'Antibes
- To reach the equally famous beaches of the Croisette
- To go to Port Canto
- Sip a cocktail at Bijou Plage
PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Free parking: private parking space in the basement of the residence

Departures are until 11 a.m. and arrivals from 4 p.m. (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 p.m.
Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
