HOUSING
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a luxury residence with an elevator and swimming pool. The apartment faces east and west, offering unobstructed sea views from the entrance.
Arrival in the entrance which directly serves the living room: dining area for 6 people, sofa corner and smart TV, all bathed in light, with access to the terrace which overlooks the residence's swimming pool and opens onto the Mediterranean.
The kitchen, independent and fully equipped, is located on the west side and has everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes.
The sleeping area, well separated, offers:
- A bedroom on the west side, with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), built-in wardrobes, bathroom with WC. It gives access to a small terrace with a view of the vegetation, and a glimpse of the sea.
- A second bedroom, king size bed (180x200cm), opening onto the large terrace and also benefiting from a sea view as well as an adjoining shower room.
- A separate toilet completes the sleeping area.

From Nice Airport: approximately 35 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes train station: 10 minutes by car.
The apartment is located on a hill: a vehicle is recommended.
Access from the entrance of the residence to the apartment is a 5-7 minute walk uphill.

The apartment is located on the heights of Cannes, in the Font de Veyre district. A quiet, residential area, set back from the hustle and bustle of the city center while remaining easily accessible.
- Plage du Midi: 7 minutes by car. A long sandy beach, lined with waterfront restaurants, ideal for leisurely swims and sunsets.
- Old Port of Cannes: 10 minutes by car. From here, you have direct access to the Croisette, the piers to the islands, and major events.
- Forville Market: 8 minutes by car. A must-see for discovering fresh produce, local specialties, cheeses, fruits, and flowers.
- Suquet: 7 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot downhill. The old quarter of Cannes, with its cobbled streets, restaurants and breathtaking views of the bay.
