ACCOMMODATION
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator, in the heart of the Palm Beach district.
The entrance opens onto a living room with a dining area, sofa bed (140x190 cm), smart TV, and direct access to the west-facing terrace, which offers an outdoor dining area.
The kitchen, independent and fully equipped, has a glass roof which overlooks the living room as well as a French window also opening onto the terrace.
The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), a wardrobe and direct access to the terrace.
A shower room and separate toilet complete the space.
The decor is simple and chic, the spaces well-arranged for everyday comfort.

From Nice Airport: approximately 35 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes train station: 10 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

Located at the eastern end of Cannes, the apartment benefits from a quiet residential environment in close proximity to the sea and shops.
- Mouré Rouge Beach: 4 minutes walk. Family-friendly sandy beach with restaurants, ideal for swimming or dining with your feet in the water
- Gazagnaire Beach: 6 minutes walk. A wide beach, perfect for sunny days
- Place de l'Étang: 9 minutes on foot. Small heart of the neighborhood with mini-market, bakery, newsagent, pharmacy and restaurants
- Boulevard de la Croisette: accessible in 5 minutes on foot. This promenade lined with palaces, luxury boutiques and private beaches connects Palm Beach to the city center

Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all arrivals in key boxes.
