ACCOMMODATION
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor without elevator of a small building near Mero Square.
Upon entering, you arrive in the living room composed of a sofa bed (140x190), a smart TV and access to the west-facing balcony.
The kitchen, open and fully equipped, is located in the living room.
On the night side, a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) has its adjoining shower room with WC.
Reversible air conditioning is installed in the main room and the bedroom.
Please note: the wooden shutters in the living room and bedroom prevent you from being plunged into darkness; daylight will pass through.
ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY
From Nice Airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes train station: 10 minutes on foot.

Arrivals can be made in person until 7 p.m.
Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all arrivals in key boxes.
