With a surface area of 49 m², this rental comprises:

- A pleasant lounge with a single sofa bed,

- A fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),

Noise disturbance is not permitted after 10pm.
