Located on Boulevard Montfleury, this area is renowned for its calm and sunshine, while remaining just minutes from the center of Cannes and the Croisette.
Cannes SNCF train station: about a 10-minute walk from the apartment, it offers regular connections with the region and the whole of France (TER, TGV).
City Palm shuttle: free and convenient for getting around the city center, it serves the Croisette, Rue d'Antibes, and the train station. It runs Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 7:15 PM, every 10 to 15 minutes.
Palm Bus network: 30 regular lines serving Cannes and surrounding towns, including evening and on-demand services.
Access to Nice and the airport:
Direct bus line 210 Express to Nice Côte d'Azur Airport, with a stop near the apartment.
Cannes train station also allows you to reach Nice-Ville by train (approximately 30 to 40 minutes) and from there, connections are possible to the airport or other destinations.
For added flexibility, private hire vehicles and taxis are readily available in Cannes for a quick transfer to the airport (approximately 30 minutes depending on traffic).

End-of-stay cleaning: Included in the price. Please wash the dishes and take out the rubbish before your departure.
