HOUSING
The apartment is located on the top floor of a luxury residence with a caretaker.
Living space
The entrance leads to a living room facing west, furnished with two sofas, a TV, and a dining table.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped.
A large, light-filled space opens onto the terrace through a bay window.
Terrace
The terrace, the true highlight of the property, offers an exceptional panoramic view: mountains, the city of Cannes, the sea, and islands. It is furnished with a dining table and a lounge area to enjoy every moment.
East side sleeping area
The master bedroom offers a queen size bed (160x200 cm), a wardrobe and a private balcony.
You will also find a bathroom and a separate toilet.
West side sleeping area
A second bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm) and its own en-suite shower. The entire suite faces the sea.
Residence
The residence offers a swimming pool accessible from 8am to 8pm all year round, in a quiet and secure setting.

IN THE SURROUNDING AREA
The apartment is located in the residential area of La Californie in Cannes, a quiet and sought-after area, perched on the heights, which offers a privileged view of the bay, the hills and the islands.
- Walks and viewpoints: from the apartment, walks in the upper part of Californie provide access to several viewpoints, with panoramic views of the Lérins Islands and the Estérel massif.
- Cannes city centre: by car, allow approximately 8–10 minutes to get down to the Croisette, the luxury hotels and the beaches
- Rue d'Antibes: 5–7 minutes by car: Cannes' main shopping street, ideal for shopping, cafes and restaurants
- Palais des Festivals et Congrès: accessible in 10 minutes by car, an iconic venue for international events
- Beaches: the beaches of La Croisette are just a few minutes away by car, allowing you to easily enjoy the coastline
- Forville and Suquet Market: approximately 10 minutes by car to discover a Provençal covered market, rich in fresh produce and local specialties, as well as the old quarter of Cannes

Departures are until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible depending on our availability of course, feel free to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will gladly do so whenever possible).

Late arrival until 10 PM is available upon request and at an extra cost.
Outside of these hours, arrivals are only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys will therefore need to be collected at this address for all arrivals via key box.
