HOUSING
Located on the floor of a quiet and well-maintained residence, this apartment with windows on both sides offers comfort and beautiful light throughout the day.
The entrance opens onto a vast south-facing living room, with a lounge area and connected television, from which you will have access to the terrace, ideal for meals or relaxing moments facing the Mediterranean.
The fully equipped open-plan kitchen extends the living space.
The master bedroom also boasts a sea view and a king-size bed (180x200cm). It has its own en-suite shower room.
On the other side of the apartment, a second bedroom equipped with a sofa bed (140x190cm) opens onto a north-facing loggia.
An additional shower room with WC completes this space.
A private outdoor parking space is available.

From Nice airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes train station: 10 minutes by car or 35 minutes on foot.

The apartment is located below Boulevard Raymond Picaud, which leads you straight to the center of Cannes or Mandelieu.
- Palais des Festivals et des Congrès: approximately 6 minutes by car from the residence
- Boulevard de la Croisette: 7 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot along the beaches of the Midi to reach the shopping area and luxury hotels along the seafront
- Beaches: 5-minute walk to reach the public and private beaches of Boulevard du Midi
- Port Pierre Canto / small ports: promenade along the quays and waterfront restaurants, 6 minutes by car. Ideal for embarking on or booking a sea excursion.
- Rue d'Antibes (shopping): 8 minutes by car, the main shopping street, cafes and boutiques
- Forville Market: covered market for fresh produce and local specialties, approximately 8 minutes by car
- Ferry terminal for the Lérins Islands: access to the Laubeuf quay is quick, 5 minutes by car or 25-30 minutes on foot; the crossing to Sainte-Marguerite or Saint-Honorat takes about fifteen minutes

Late arrival until 10 PM is available upon request and at an extra cost.
Outside of these hours, arrivals are only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys will therefore need to be collected at this address for all arrivals via key box.
