HOUSING
Let's begin the tour of this apartment with an entrance that leads you directly into the living room.
The bright living room is furnished with a reception area including a convertible sofa (130x190cm), a television with home cinema, and a dining area.
It is complemented by a fully equipped open kitchen, a true convivial space with its counter and high chairs.
From the living room, a large bay window opens onto a west-facing terrace. It features an outdoor dining area and a relaxation corner, promising pleasant evenings.
The sleeping area, on the other side, consists of:
- A bedroom with built-in wardrobe and private access to its own balcony, queen size bed (160x200cm)
- From a shower room
- A separate toilet, for maximum comfort
The living room and bedroom are equipped with reversible air conditioning, guaranteeing an ideal temperature throughout the year.
ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY
From Nice-Côte d'Azur Airport (NCE): approximately 35 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes train station: 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot.
A parking space for one car is available in the basement of the building.

IN THE SURROUNDING AREA
The address, at the intersection of residential areas and the heart of Cannes, allows you to fully enjoy the city on foot and easily access major points of interest.
- The city center and Rue d'Antibes: less than a 4-minute walk away, the epicenter of shopping with luxury boutiques and renowned brands
- La Croisette and the beaches: accessible in 10 minutes on foot, for a stroll facing the sea, lined with historic palaces and private beaches
- The Palais des festivals et des congrès: allow 17 minutes on foot, central location for world events (Film Festival, MIPIM, Lions, etc.)

Outside of these hours, arrivals are only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys will therefore need to be collected at this address for all arrivals via key box.
