HOUSING
The entrance leads directly into the living room consisting of a bright lounge with sofa, armchairs and TV, as well as a dining area.
The fully equipped open-plan kitchen completes this welcoming space. From the living room, a bay window opens onto a west-facing garden, furnished with a dining area and a relaxation corner, ideal for enjoying the late afternoon light.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), equipped with a wardrobe and direct access to the garden.
- A second bedroom with a double bed, equipped with a TV.
This part of the accommodation also includes a shower room and a separate toilet.
ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY
From Nice airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes train station: 10 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

- Croisette: accessible in 3 minutes by car or 5 minutes on foot. Perfect for strolling along the seafront, reaching private beaches or enjoying the seaside restaurants
- Palm Beach: 4 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot. A popular area known for its beaches, yacht club, and promenades leading to the point
- Port Canto: 4 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot. Ideal for a stroll along the quays, a coffee on a terrace, or dinner overlooking the yachts.
- Rue d'Antibes: 4 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot. Shops, major retailers, pastry shops, cafes… a vibrant shopping street

Departures are until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible depending on our availability of course, feel free to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will gladly do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 PM.
Late arrival until 10 PM is available upon request and at an extra cost.
Outside of these hours, arrivals are only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys will therefore need to be collected at this address for all arrivals via key box.
