The apartment, with its various spaces, offers a simple and thoughtfully designed place to enjoy Cannes, between the beaches, the port, and strolls along the Croisette.

HOUSING
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a small building, accessible by elevator.
Upon entering, you discover the main living area. The living room is furnished with a sofa and a TV, in a pleasant and well-arranged space.
The fully equipped open kitchen is separated by a counter with high chairs, forming a convivial dining area.
Large bay windows provide access to the balcony. From the living room, there is also access to a loggia furnished as a relaxation area, with a leather armchair and a small sofa, ideal for reading or relaxing in privacy.
On the bedroom side, there is a queen-size bed (160x200 cm). It is adjoining a shower room with WC.
The entire apartment features a decoration inspired by the maritime world, in sober and harmonious tones.

From Nice airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes train station: approximately 10 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

- Palm Beach beaches: 4-minute walk. Public and private beaches in the immediate vicinity, ideal for swimming, sunbathing or a seaside lunch.
- Port Pierre Canto: 6-minute walk. Lively marina, pleasant for a stroll among the boats or dinner overlooking the yachts.
- La Croisette: 12-minute walk. Cannes' iconic promenade linking Palm Beach to the city center, lined with beaches, luxury hotels, and terraces.
- Local restaurants and shops: 3 to 5 minutes on foot. Bakeries, mini-markets, restaurants, and cafes allow you to experience the neighborhood on a daily basis without using a car.
- Water sports: 5-minute walk. Sailing, paddleboarding, jet skiing, and boat rentals are available near the port and beaches.
- Rue d'Antibes: 5 minutes by car. Central shopping street with boutiques, international brands and local businesses
- Palais des Festivals et des Congrès: 8 minutes by car. A key venue for major international events and the Cannes Film Festival.
- Lérins Islands ferry terminal: 10 minutes by car. Regular crossings to the islands of Sainte-Marguerite and Saint-Honorat, known for their coves and coastal paths

Departures are until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible depending on our availability of course, feel free to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will gladly do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 PM.
Late arrival until 10 PM is available upon request and at an extra cost.
Outside of these hours, arrivals are only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys will therefore need to be collected at this address for all arrivals via key box.
