HOUSING
This apartment is designed entirely for seasonal rental.
Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by a lovely living room with large bay windows opening onto the famous terrace. This comfortable room features a lounge area with a sofa bed and a dining area seating six.
The 40 m2 terrace is furnished with an outdoor living area and garden furniture, ideal for your aperitifs…
The separate kitchen is fully equipped (including dishwasher).
The bedroom has a queen size bed (160cm), a private shower room and, most importantly, direct access to the terrace for sunny breakfasts.
The second room also benefits from a queen-size bed (160cm) and an en-suite shower room. It also includes a dressing room for even more comfort.
IN THE SURROUNDING AREA
After a short walk along Isola Bella Avenue you will be able to:
- Enjoy the “village” atmosphere of the Montfleury district by shopping in our lovely shops (bakery, pharmacy, wine cellar, florist, and supermarket)
- Discover the city centre by going to Rue d'Antibes (5 min)
- Take a stroll along the Croisette (or sip a cocktail at Long Beach), all in less than 13 minutes

A concierge service is at your disposal throughout your entire stay.
Departures are until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible depending on our availability of course, feel free to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will gladly do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 10 PM in winter, and 11 PM in summer.
Outside of these hours, arrivals are only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys will therefore need to be collected at this address for all arrivals via key box.
