HOUSING
Located on a high floor, the apartment opens onto a large entrance hall which distributes the different spaces.
The living room forms the heart of the apartment. It features a lounge with large sofas and a dining area, all facing the sea. Large openings lead naturally to the south-facing terrace, furnished with an outdoor dining area and offering unobstructed views of the Mediterranean and the Lérins Islands.
The kitchen is separate and fully equipped. It has direct access to a second terrace, on the north side.
On the bedroom side, a bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) is accessible via a sliding door from the living room. It features a desk, the same sea view as the living room, and an en-suite bathroom with toilet. This bathroom also connects to the hallway leading to the sleeping area.
In the same corridor, there is a second bedroom with two single beds (80x200 cm), with its own shower room and toilet.
From the entrance, a third independent bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed (160x200 cm) and its adjoining shower room with WC.
The layout allows everyone to have their own space while maintaining smooth circulation between rooms.
ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY
From Nice Côte d'Azur Airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes train station: approximately 10 minutes by car.

IN THE SURROUNDING AREA
- La Croisette: approximately a 9-minute walk. Cannes' iconic promenade, ideal for a morning stroll, lunch by the sea, or a drink at sunset.
- Public and private beaches: between 9 and 12 minutes on foot. Sandy beaches, beach restaurants and clubs to fully enjoy the Mediterranean
- Port Pierre Canto: approximately a 12-minute walk. A pleasant marina for strolling, dining, or admiring the yachts.
- Palm Beach: approximately a 15-minute walk. Lively area with more secluded beaches, renowned restaurants, and access to water sports.
- Rue d'Antibes: approximately a 10-minute walk or 3-minute drive. Shops, major retailers, and independent businesses.
- Palais des Festivals et des Congrès: approximately a 20-minute walk or an 8-minute drive. The nerve center of major Cannes events
- Lérins Islands: boarding approximately 10 minutes away by car, then crossing to Sainte-Marguerite or Saint-Honorat for a nature and heritage getaway

Departures are until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible depending on our availability of course, feel free to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will gladly do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 PM.
Late arrival until 10 PM is available upon request and at an extra cost.
Outside of these hours, arrivals are only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys will therefore need to be collected at this address for all arrivals via key box.
