HOUSING
The apartment is located in a beautiful residence with a swimming pool, in a quiet area, while still being close to the center.
The bright living room features a comfortable corner sofa and a dining area. It offers sea views and direct access to the south-facing terrace, equipped for enjoying meals or relaxing while overlooking the Mediterranean.
The kitchen is separate and equipped, functional and pleasant for everyday use.
On the sleeping side, the apartment offers two bedrooms:
- A master bedroom with a king size bed (180x200cm), sea view, and en suite shower room with WC.
- A second bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200cm).
- A second shower room with WC is accessible from the corridor.
The entire apartment is tastefully decorated, with modern furniture and quality amenities.
ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY
From Nice Côte d'Azur Airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes train station: approximately 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot.

IN THE SURROUNDING AREA
- La Croisette: approximately a 14-minute walk from the private path at the bottom of the residence. An iconic Cannes promenade, ideal for seaside strolls, accessing the beaches, and enjoying the terraces.
- Public and private beaches: between 14 and 20 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by car. Wide sn of beaches with restaurants, sun loungers and water sports.
- Port Pierre Canto: approximately 6 minutes by car. A lively port, perfect for an evening stroll or dinner overlooking the boats.
- Palm Beach area: approximately 8 minutes by car. A popular area known for its residential atmosphere, restaurants, and more secluded beaches.
- Rue d'Antibes: approximately a 12-minute walk or 3-minute drive. A major shopping street in Cannes, featuring both large chain stores and independent boutiques.
- Palais des Festivals et des Congrès: approximately 8 minutes by car or 25 minutes on foot. The heart of major Cannes events throughout the year.
- Lérins Islands: boarding approximately 10 minutes by car, then crossing to Sainte Marguerite or Saint Honorat for a nature and heritage getaway

Departures are until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible depending on our availability of course, feel free to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will gladly do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 PM.
Late arrival until 10 PM is available upon request and at an extra cost.
Outside of these hours, arrivals are only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys will therefore need to be collected at this address for all arrivals via key box.
