HOUSING
The entrance opens directly into the main room.
The living room includes a sofa, a smart TV, and a desk area. Behind this desk is a fold-down bed (140x190cm), which allows the room to be easily transformed into a sleeping area at night, and then back into a proper living room during the day.
A walk-in closet completes the space, offering valuable storage for a studio apartment.
The kitchen is separate and fully equipped. Like the living room, it has direct access to the terrace.
The west-facing terrace enjoys an unobstructed view of the rooftops and surrounding hills, with beautiful light in the late afternoon.
The shower room with WC is simple and functional.

From Nice airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes train station: approximately 8 minutes by car.

- Rue d'Antibes: approximately a 15-minute walk. Cannes' main shopping street with boutiques, shops, and cafes.
- La Croisette: approximately an 18-minute walk. Seaside promenade between private beaches and luxury hotels.
- Palais des Festivals et des Congrès: approximately 8 minutes by car. Home to major conferences such as MIPIM and the Cannes Film Festival
- Forville Market: approximately 10 minutes by car. A covered market renowned for its fresh produce and local specialties.
- Public beaches: 15 to 20 minutes walk depending on the area chosen
- Local shops: supermarket, bakeries, pharmacy and restaurants accessible in less than 5 minutes on foot around the residence

Departures are until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible depending on our availability of course, feel free to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will gladly do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 PM.
Late arrival until 10 PM is available upon request and at an extra cost.
Outside of these hours, arrivals are only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys will therefore need to be collected at this address for all arrivals via key box.
