HOUSING
The apartment is located on the 7th floor of a building with an elevator.
In the living room, you will find a sofa area with a smart TV, as well as a dining area.
Adjoining this is the fully equipped open-plan kitchen, with everything needed for cooking.
The living room provides access to a balcony and a terrace, where a dining area and a small garden lounge are set up.
On the night side, the apartment consists of two bedrooms, each equipped with a king size bed (180x200 cm) and a smart TV.
Two shower rooms complete the complex, one of which includes a toilet, as well as a separate toilet.

From Nice Côte d'Azur Airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes train station: approximately a 5-minute walk.

Outside of these hours, arrivals are only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys will therefore need to be collected at this address for all arrivals via key box.
