HOUSING
Located on the 2nd and top floor of an old building, the approximately 100 m² apartment opens onto an entrance which harmoniously distributes the spaces.
The living space consists of a large living room bathed in light thanks to its wide bay windows which surround it and give it a unique charm.
Inside, you'll find a sofa, a TV, a dining area, and a large, fully equipped open-plan kitchen. This space opens onto a terrace and a balcony, perfect for extending your relaxation time outdoors.
The sleeping area includes:
- A bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200cm) and direct access to the terrace.
- A second bedroom equipped with a queen size bed, a classic television, balcony access and an adjoining shower room with WC.
- A third bedroom with a queen-size bed and balcony access.
In the corridor, you will also find an additional shower room and a separate toilet.
ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY
From Nice airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes train station: 10 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

The apartment is located in the quiet and sought-after residential area of Alexandre III, halfway between the city center and the Croisette peninsula.

Outside of these hours, arrivals are only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys will therefore need to be collected at this address for all arrivals via key box.
