In the living room, you will find a sofa area with a smart TV as well as a dining area.
The fully equipped open-plan kitchen blends seamlessly into the living area. Its marble worktop and appliances make it a space that is as pleasant to live in as it is to use on a daily basis.
On the sleeping side, the apartment has four bedrooms, each equipped with a queen size bed (160x200 cm).
Two shower rooms with toilets are distributed in the apartment, in addition to a separate toilet.
The entire property has been completely renovated with quality materials, in a contemporary and understated style.

From Nice Côte d'Azur Airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes train station: 4 minutes on foot.

- Street: at the foot of the building. One of the liveliest streets in the center of Cannes, known for its restaurants, cafes and its lively atmosphere throughout the year.
- Rue d'Antibes: 1 minute walk. Cannes' main shopping street with its boutiques, international brands and local shops
- La Croisette: 4-minute walk. An iconic promenade lined with beaches, luxury hotels, and restaurants overlooking the sea.
- Public and private beaches: 5-minute walk. Ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean without needing a vehicle
- Palais des Festivals et des Congrès: 6-minute walk. A particularly popular location during major international congresses and events.
- Forville Market: 12-minute walk. The essential destination for discovering fresh produce, Provençal specialties, and local flavors.

Outside of these hours, arrivals are only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys will therefore need to be collected at this address for all arrivals via key box.
