A comfortable, bright and well-equipped studio apartment of approximately 30m2 with a balcony, located 150 meters from the Croisette and its beaches, close to shops, in a quiet cul-de-sac near the Carlton Hotel, on the 4th floor of a good standard building with elevator and caretaker, close to the restaurants and shops of the Rue d'Antibes.
The bedding is of very good quality and consists of two 90x190 beds that can be separated or joined together.
Separately, the kitchen is equipped with the essentials, dishes, cleaning products, 2 coffee makers (filter or capsule).

The bathroom is equipped with a towel warmer, a shower and a toilet; there is a hairdryer. The air conditioning is reversible.
Other remarks
The Rue d'Antibes and all its shops are located 60 meters from the apartment. A cinema is less than 400 meters away, and the famous Palais des Festivals (home of the Cannes International Film Festival) is less than a 10-minute walk.
It is also less than 150 meters from the sea and the beaches of La Croisette.
During the summer, you can enjoy numerous pyrotechnic events every week in Cannes, Antibes and Juan les Pins.
You can also explore the congress centers, cinemas, casinos, or the Palais des Festivals, famous for its Film Festival and other events that take place throughout the year. The Palais des Festivals is a 10-minute walk away.
A landing stage is located less than 15 minutes' walk away, where you can take a boat to visit the Lérins Islands or enjoy the many tourist circuits and cruises such as the Corniche d'Or, Monaco, Saint Tropez
Many tourist sites are nearby such as Marineland in Antibes and its nearby amusement parks, the town of Biot and its glassworks or St Paul de Vence, with its famous square where pétanque players meet!
