Enjoy and Stay offers you the perfect stay in this 120m2 bourgeois apartment. Everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

Located just a few minutes from downtown Cannes, you'll enjoy both peace and quiet and proximity to everything. The Croisette is just a 15-minute drive away.

You'll appreciate the split-level layout: the main level comprises a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 3 single beds (one on a small mezzanine). Both bedrooms have their own bathroom.
A spacious living room with open kitchen opens onto a lovely terrace and a vast Mediterranean garden.
On the lower level, there's a separate room with two single beds and a bathroom that can accommodate a further 2 people (you'll need to go outside to access it, as the two parts don't communicate from the inside).

But a holiday on the Côte d'Azur is above all a holiday outdoors! To make the most of the sunshine and azure blue skies, you'll be spoilt for choice. The solarium area with its deckchairs, the lovely covered terrace with its cosy lounge, barbecue and large table, or the garden area for strolling among the Mediterranean plants.

You'll also have access to a closed garage for one car.

The apartment is equipped with fiber optics for a perfect Internet connection.

In short, it's the ideal place to stay to make the most of Cannes and the Côte d'Azur.
