1 bedroom apartment of approximately 47 sqm, in a pretty residence in Cannes Marina. The apartment consists of an entrance with on the left directly an independent equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, etc). A living/dining room with a 120 X 140 cm sofa bed, a hallway with storage, a bedroom with a 140 X 190 cm double bed. A bathroom, a separate toilet. A nice terrace with a view over the gardens of the residence, the swimming pool and the Golf OLD COURSE. WIFI . With the apartment, a private parking lot. Closed residence, secured, with caretaker and swimming pool, close to everything by feet: Golf, supermarket, beaches, town center, shops...

- Services charges : 25€
- Cleaning after departure: depending of the type of the apartment.
- Tax of stay: obligation. Payed with the second and last paiement or at your arrival if the reservation is late. The amount can increase a bit or decrease a bit depending of the town hall decisions about it.
- A deposit is required for the rent and can be done by check or "print-credit card". The amount is not taken, it stays in standby until you leave and goes back to you once the apartment is checked.
Any paiement has to be done in "Euro" (€). Any other foreign money can not be accepted.
The money had to be resolved before access by tenant to housing. Failure to pay will result in suspension of access to the dwelling.

Please also notice that the major part of our apartment are rented without linnen (bed sheets, towels, bath towels, tea towels,...). You have the possibility to bring your own (we give you bed sizes) or you can rent some. Please call for more information, we work with a society which rent "pack" of linnen, prices depends of how long you stay.
The apartments that we propose to you are located in privates residences not in "holidays residences". Those residences are submit to some regulations like the respect of people living here all the year. Please respect the rules of living-well.
