Magnificent lower villa for 5 people in Mandelieu-La-Nae, you will enjoy a large terrace, gas barbecues, solar shower, a heated swimming pool and pool house.
The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 1 single bed.
5 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from Cannes and 25 minutes from Nice airport.
The Dolce apartment will offer you a sublime and calm setting as close to the seaside as to the city center, you will be less than 10 minutes by car from the beaches, restaurants, bars, pubs, casino, supermarket, 10 minutes from Cannes and about 25 minutes from Nice airport.
Ideally located between land and sea, there are many activities for all ages such as:
Scuba diving, golf, mountain bike rental, hiking, buggy rides, visits to nearby villages, visits to the castle of Mandelieu-La-Nae
For small pleasures you will find bars, restaurants by the sea, the Pullman casino, pubs, etc.
The lower part of the villa is composed of:
- 1 Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room.
- 1 Living room with sofa, dining table, television opening onto the terrace facing the swimming pool.
- 2 Bedrooms: 2 double beds
- 1 extra bedroom with a single bed.
- 1 Bathroom with bathtub.
The terrace has garden furniture with a large dining table and a gas barbecue.
You will also have access to the landscaped garden as well as a heated swimming pool with magnificent night lighting.
A pool house equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs, a pétanque court, and a ping-pong table.
You can park up to 4 vehicles sey on site.

PASSENGER ACCESS
Guests will have exclusive use of the apartment only, the exterior may be shared with the owners living for a few months in the upper apartment.
Travelers will be greeted in person upon arrival.

Linen is provided from 6 nights, it will be optional at an additional cost for stays of less than 6 nights and on request.
