HOUSING
Upon entering, you'll discover a bright living room. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed (140x180 cm) and a smart TV, as well as a small side table that can be used as a dining area.
The open kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare delicious meals that you can enjoy indoors or on the terrace.
The bedroom features a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and a television. It also offers direct access to the terrace, where you can admire the breathtaking view of the sea, the swimming pool, and the residence's park.
The shower room includes a sink, a walk-in shower and a toilet.
In the Residence:
Access via the seaside road is secure with a gate, guard and reception.
In the park you will find all the necessary facilities for a successful vacation: large swimming pool, tennis, ping-pong tables, bowling alley, and direct access to the small beach from the residence in 5 minutes on foot.
ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY
From Nice Airport: approximately 25 minutes by car via the A8 motorway, exit Antibes, then direction Golfe-Juan, on the national road 7. Please note, an identical address is located in the heights of the city, make sure by using your GPS that the address is located by the sea.
From Golfe-Juan train station: 3 minutes by car via national road 7.
From Cannes train station: 10 minutes by car.
By bus (No. 200) stop right in front of the residence (at the foot of the park). Allow 5 minutes to walk from the entrance gate to your building.

Departures are until 11 a.m. and arrivals from 4 p.m. (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 p.m.
Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
