Well-equipped flat with washing machine, dishwasher, rapido sofa bed 140 in the living room and pull-out bed 2x80 in the bedroom.

Residence located at 500m from the beach, in the Bouches du Loup district, near the Marina Baie des Anges port, the Cagnes sur Mer racecourse, near the banks of the Loup river and near all the shops: Géant Casino, restaurants, walks along the banks of the Loup river and on the sandy beach.
