HOUSING
To begin with, you will have the pleasure (and privilege) of being only a 10-minute walk from the beaches of Juan-Les-Pins, its restaurants, and its casino.
Outside the villa, you will also enjoy a flat and perfectly maintained plot of land, an ideal playground for children, but also a terraced and shaded area for having your meals, a swimming pool with deckchairs, a 6-seater jacuzzi and a covered shelter with table football!

Inside, the 220m2 house, built on three floors and decorated with great style, will offer you:
On the ground floor:
- A living room, dining room, with dining table for 8 people
- A lounge area with large screen television and comfortable sofas
- A semi-open and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher included) and adjustable TV
- A bedroom en suite on the ground floor with queen size bed (160cm), TV and private shower room, opening directly onto the garden and the swimming pool

On the floor, you will enjoy 3 bedrooms:
The 40m2 master bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm), a large dressing room, a TV and its private open bathroom (including bathtub, shower and separate WC). This bedroom opens onto a continuous terrace.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, closet/dressing room, TV, and en-suite shower room. This bedroom also opens onto a terrace.
The last bedroom with two single beds (ideal for children as this room does not have a private bathroom)
On the second floor, you will have access to the rooftop solarium with a lovely sea view, the ideal place for an end-of-day aperitif in an exceptional setting!
IN THE SURROUNDING AREA
In addition to being only a few minutes from the center of Juan-Les-Pins on foot, you can:
- Reach Cannes and its famous Croisette in less than 15 minutes.
- Enjoy the old town of Antibes and its artisanal ice creams in less than 10 minutes.
- Join Biot, to visit its old town or go greet the orcas at Marineland in less than 20 minutes.
- Join the motorway in less than 10 minutes to wander around and discover the region (Nice, Monaco, Saint-Tropez, etc.).
- And for those who come to work, the house is located 15/20 minutes from the Sophia Antipolis technology park.

Departures are until 11 a.m. and arrivals from 4 p.m. (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 p.m.
Arrivals beyond this time must be specified and may incur additional charges.
