On the hills of Cannes, come and discover Villa Sansovino, a charming home with a beautiful sea view. Nestled within a small, secure residential estate, it offers a private swimming pool and a peaceful setting, while remaining in immediate proximity to shops and amenities.

Fully air-conditioned, this 160 m² villa is designed for a comfortable holiday. The living and dining area, together with the open-plan kitchen, creates a bright and convivial space thanks to direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to enjoy delicious meals after an afternoon by the pool. For added convenience, a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is available to simplify your daily routine.

The pool level accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms (one of which has independent access), each featuring its own shower room or bathroom to ensure everyone’s privacy.

Master bedroom: 160 cm double bed, en-suite shower room.
