This 280 m² villa is fully air-conditioned and arranged over three levels.
The main entrance, enhanced by a marble fireplace, opens onto a beautiful living area with impressive volumes.
The living room leads directly onto a stunning teak terrace.
The kitchen is very well equipped and features a convivial dining area around a large table, with views over the swimming pool. For your convenience, a study is available, as well as guest toilets. A laundry room is located in the basement.

The sleeping area accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms spread over two floors, ensuring everyone enjoys their own private space.

Bedroom 1 ( floor): double bed, walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom (bathtub, shower, and WC see the following note), access to two lovely terraces.
