Fully air-conditioned, this approximately 250 m² villa is laid out over two levels and designed to accommodate large groups or families. The double living room/lounge is the perfect place to gather, featuring a piano, a minibar, and a decorative fireplace. The large dining room comfortably seats up to 12 guests. The kitchen, with its central island, is very well equipped.

On the lower level, a second lounge is fitted with an arcade game, adding a touch of entertainment. A fully equipped laundry room is also available to make everyday living easier. The sleeping area, spread between the main villa and an independent studio, accommodates up to 12 guests in six bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom or shower room, ensuring privacy for every resident.
