The villa is located 2km below the village of La Roquette. 8km from Cannes (20 minutes), 6km from the beaches of Cannes La Bocca, 5km from Mouans-Sartoux, 4km from Pégomas, 10km from Valbonne, 5km from the motorway and 26 minutes by car (30km from Nice airport).

It is composed of a main villa that can accommodate 8 guests and 1 independent studio (2 guests).
