HOUSING
The villa is located in a 24/7 secure residential estate of 100 hectares, on the heights of Mandelieu.
Upon arrival, there is covered parking for your vehicle, and a closed garage for two more. From this space, a staircase or private elevator provides access to the heart of the villa.
On the main level, the entrance opens onto a space with a wardrobe. The southwest-facing living room offers unobstructed views of the sea and hills.
The fully equipped open kitchen also features a coffee area. A large table allows eight people to share meals.
All these rooms open onto a long terrace, itself extended by the terraced garden and the swimming pool.
At this level also:
- A master suite with king size bed (180x200 cm), dressing room and bathroom with shower, double sink and WC
