Set on a 1,700 sqm plot, the villa features a private swimming pool and enjoys an ideal location, just 9 km from La Croisette and the beaches of Cannes.

This charming 5-room villa offers 200 sqm of living space over two levels and is fully air-conditioned. The living and dining area, enhanced by a decorative fireplace, creates a warm and light-filled atmosphere, perfect for sharing special moments together. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living space, while the lower level provides direct access to the swimming pool, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.

Designed with comfort in mind, the villa offers excellent independence for each bedroom.
The sleeping area accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 comfortable bedrooms, all featuring their own en-suite bathroom or shower room, ensuring complete privacy for everyone.
