This house is ideal for your family vacation, offering each member of your family the opportunity to enjoy their independence while still being able to gather in the beautiful common areas.

**110m² house that can accommodate 7 people**

• LARGE LIVING ROOM: Large living space with two sofas, a central fireplace, and a dining area opening onto the kitchen and the house's terrace.

• OPEN-PLAN KITCHEN: Fully equipped for easy cooking during your vacation (oven, multifunction microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher) and a complete range of small appliances (kettle, toaster, coffee machine, etc.)

• LAUNDRY ROOM: Washing machine and clothes horse.

• BEDROOM 1: King-size bed (180x200), desk, and en-suite bathroom.
• BATHROOM 1: Large vanity, bidet, shower, and toilet.
