The villa, fully air-conditioned, has a top entrance and offers a closed garage for 2 cars, space to park 2 other cars and many more outside. Located in a residential, luxury and quiet area of Théoule sur Mer, the villa is composed as follows:
Ground floor (from above):
An office and a terrace.
1st floor:
A fully equipped kitchen with a laundry room at the back (washing machine and dryer), open to a beautiful living / dining room with a BANG & OLUFSEN TV (only in Danish and English) quality home cinema, a master bedroom with 2 single beds (forming a large double bed) dressing room, bathroom with the choice for bath or shower, and a toilet. Another independent toilet. A second terrace with garden furniture.
2nd Floor :
An opened kitchen fully equipped like the one, a living / dining room, 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom and toilet. Access to the main terrace and the beautiful heated swimming pool with its "bubble bath" area and its automatic waterfall (several times during the day), always offering this marvelous view over the sea. Also a corner of the terrace with a BBQ and a table to eat .
All floors are accessible by stairs and / or private elevator.
A cleaning lady is planned to come twice a week for 2 hours each time.
A safe-deposit box is available if needed.
In addition, please take into account the invoicing of the following mandatory services, not necessarily taken into account in the total presented according to the site through which you are renting:
- Service management fees: 25 €
- Exit cleaning: compulsory and price depending on the type of property.
- Tourist tax: compulsory
- The deposit will be made by bank imprint (Failing that, an uncashed deposit check) and you will be asked to provide proof of identity when handing over the keys.
Payment must be made in the currency indicated below by the rental manager (ie € uro). Any payment in a currency other than that indicated cannot be accepted.
Administrative fees, exit cleaning and tourist tax are not options but obligations.
The sums due are paid before access by the tenant (s) to the (s). Any failure to pay the sums due will result in a suspension of access to the (s).
Linen is not included in the rental price and represents an additional cost depending on the number of people present during the rental.
The seasonal rentals that are offered to you do not necessarily form part of a vacation complex. The apartments/ Villas are often located in private residences / neighborhoods, secured and have internal regulations. Thank you for not avoiding it so as not to compromise the tranquility of the place and respect the annual residents.
