HOUSING
The entrance is through the lower garden, which is furnished with a dining area and a solarium.
On this level, an independent studio accommodates a queen size bed (160x200 cm), a shower room and a toilet.
In the villa, the entrance leads us directly into the main living room with a beautiful high ceiling.
In the living room, you will find a sofa area, a smart TV and a dining area open to the fully equipped American kitchen with a central island.
This level also has a laundry area and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, the villa has three bedrooms:
- A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), bathroom and shower
- A second bedroom with a queen-size bed and its own shower area
- A third bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm)
A shower room with WC completes this floor.
From this level, there is direct access to the upper garden where there is a 5 x 2.5 m swimming pool and garden furniture.
The villa has a parking space in front of the house.
