Welcome to this 48 sqm Appartement apartment in a luxurious and peacefully quiet residence. This apartment comprises a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a separate kitchen equipped with all the necessities for your stay: a cooktop, a microwave, a dishwasher, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, and a kettle. The living space includes a lounge and an open dining area that leads to a balcony with a sea view.
Enjoy a family-friendly environment with landscaped spaces, including a swimming pool, a petanque court, a ping-pong table, a basketball hoop, and football cages. For added convenience, a private parking space is included.
Ideally located, you'll find various shops nearby, including bakeries, pharmacies, and grocery stores. Situated in a residential area, the apartment is a 10-minute drive from the center of Antibes. There's a bus stop right in front of the residence for easy transportation. The apartment is 20 minutes away from Nice Airport and a 10-minute drive from Antibes train station.
Antibes serves as an excellent starting point to explore the region, being halfway between the city of Cannes with its famous festival palace and Nice with its Promenade des Anglais. The city offers a complete experience, blending history, art, nature, and relaxation by the Mediterranean Sea.
You'll have a range of options, from the lively old town with its vibrant squares and colorful facades to the Provençal market, the Fort Carré with its ramparts, and the Picasso Museum. Nature lovers will appreciate the two beautiful beaches, Garoupe and Salis, as well as Cap d'Antibes with its coastal trail that provides panoramic views of the Mediterranean.
For your convenience, the property provides towels and bed linen at no extra cost. Please note that the reservation of this accommodation is strictly for family settings, and no festivities are allowed. The minimum age for guests is 23 years.
To ensure a smooth check-in, all check-ins are by appointment between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Late arrivals are possible until 11:00 pm for an additional fee through the booking platform, subject to validation by our services. No arrivals are permitted after 11:00 pm, and it must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Regarding check-outs, these are also scheduled by appointment between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. Early departures are possible from 6:00 am for an additional fee through the booking platform, subject to validation by our services. No departures are allowed before 6:00 am.
Exceptions for arrivals will be made only between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm on December 24th and January 31st. However, no arrivals or departures will be processed on December 25th and January 1st.
As a professional agency with an API connection linked to our Channel manager with partner booking platforms (, Booking, etc.), a pre-authorization of €500 is required through our partner Swikly. It will be canceled seven days after your departure. Failure to make this pre-authorization 24 hours before arrival constitutes a fault on your part, and we reserve the right to contact the platform to request the cancellation of your reservation. No refunds will be possible in this case.
