Located on the 1st floor with elevator, it includes:
- a bedroom with a double bed;
- a bathroom with separate WC;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a dining area with table and chairs;
- and an air-conditioned living room with a convertible sofa.
You will particularly appreciate its practicality and calm. It is located in a secure and guarded residence (presence of a guard 7/7 and 24/24),
equipped with video surveillance cameras.
For your comfort, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Fan, Dishwasher, Microwave, Coffee machine, etc. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
A parking space in the underground car park is available with the Green Badge.
The apartment is located in a secure residence with:
- ping-pong;
- shared garden;
- tennis courts;
- children's games;
- multi-sports ground;
- and a magnificent infinity pool with a view of the bay of Cannes and the Lérins Islands, with its solarium equipped with deckchairs and parasols.
Access to the latter is free for occupants of the accommodation equipped with a wristband and an orange or green VIGIK badge.

It is chargeable from July 1 to August 25, 2024 (£4 for half a day).

The city center is a 10-minute drive away. Take a stroll along the trails through mimosa trees, eucalyptus trees, and maritime pines, where you'll reach magnificent elevated views overlooking the Bay of Cannes and the Esterel Massif.
