HOUSING
The apartment is located on the 1st floor without elevator of a well-maintained residence in the Hespérides estate, in Palm Beach.
The entrance opens onto a living room with a sofa bed (140x190 cm), dining area, connected TV and a bay window leading to the terrace.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay.
The room is furnished with a double bed (140x200 cm), a TV, and also benefits from access to the terrace, as well as its own shower room.
A separate toilet adds extra comfort.

From Nice airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes train station: approximately 10 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

- Boulevard de la Croisette: approximately an 8-minute walk, perfect for strolling among the luxury hotels, boutiques, and restaurants
- Place de l'Étang: a short walk away, the central point of the neighborhood with mini-markets, cafes and local shops
- Port Canto: a few minutes' walk away, this iconic marina on the Croisette is renowned for its sailboats, yachts, elegant atmosphere, and pleasant promenade.
- Mouré Rouge: also accessible on foot, a lively and more authentic neighborhood, appreciated for its less crowded beaches, sailing club and seaside restaurants

Late arrival until 10 PM is available upon request and at an extra cost.
Outside of these hours, arrivals are only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys will therefore need to be collected at this address for all arrivals via key box.
