HOUSING
The apartment is located on the 4th and top floor of a Cannes building with elevator, on a central pedestrian street.
The entrance opens onto a beautiful living room under the roof, divided into three spaces: a living room with TV corner, a dining area and a large, fully equipped open kitchen.
On this level, two bedrooms with queen size beds (160x200cm), a shower room and a separate WC.
Upstairs, a third attic bedroom with double bed (140x200cm), private shower room and toilet.
The whole is carefully furnished, in a contemporary and functional style, suitable for stays with family or friends.

From Nice Airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes train station: 4 minutes on foot.

Arrivals can be made in person until 7 p.m.
Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
