After a few steps down your street, rue du Cros Vieil, you can, in just a few minutes, choose:

- Enjoy the village atmosphere of Palm Beach and do all your practical shopping in our lovely shops (butcher, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, post office, etc.).
- Stroll along the Croisette to take a ride on the Carrousel or a remote-controlled boat race.
- Change the atmosphere and have breakfast with a sea view at Mouré Rouge (restaurant) or at the duplex.
And in less than ten minutes by car:
- Go to the legendary Palais des Festivals.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Free parking on the street right outside the accommodation, private closed garage in the basement and public parking (closed at night) 4 minutes away on foot.
Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels, etc.)
Daily essentials upon arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water, etc.)
Concierge service available to you throughout your stay.
Departures are until 11 a.m. and arrivals from 4 p.m. (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 p.m.
Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
