This apartment is perfectly designed and can accommodate up to 4 people.
A beautiful living room opening onto a magnificent south-facing terrace, with an outdoor space that invites you to relax.
You can also enjoy a single sofa bed inside, a flat-screen TV and a dining area for 4 people.
The separate kitchen area has everything you need (especially a Nespresso coffee machine), all the household appliances (including a dishwasher) plus a kettle, toaster, knives, forks, mugs, and lots of other surprises.

A beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower to start the day off right, and a toilet and washing machine that are very useful but discreet.

You are a 10-minute walk from Croisette beach for sunbathing, a drink or dinner!
10 minutes from Cannes train station and shuttles to Nice Airport.
2 – Its environment: Close to everything on foot, the apartment is located in a green environment.
5 minutes from the tennis courts and the Montfleury swimming pool
5 minutes from supermarkets and the famous Rue d'Antibes, happy shopping!
15 minutes from the Palais and the Croisette.
20 minutes from the legendary Provençal market of Cannes "Forville" and the port of Cannes for a boat trip to the Lérins Islands or the Gulf of Saint Tropez

Guests have access to the entire apartment.
I live in Cannes, 30 minutes from this accommodation.
Arrival must be scheduled by appointment at least 24 hours before arrival.
The day before your arrival we will call you on the number attached to your profile, to give you arrival instructions, please make sure we can reach you on this number.
We will be available by phone or Whats App from 9:00 to 19:00 and by message on the platform until 21:00
The keys will be handed over in person during the agency's opening hours from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; a presentation of the apartment will be made on site so that your installation goes as smoothly as possible and I can even give you addresses and the best deals of the moment!
Outside of agency opening hours you will need to contact us to follow our instructions. Please note that late arrivals will be charged.
I can offer private concierge services such as airport shuttles, housekeeping, luggage storage, or tourist activities. Please contact me for more information.
The Montfleury district is close to everything
Less than 15 minutes walk from the accommodation:
- Rue d'Antibes, known for its many boutiques
- The street for its cafes and restaurants
- The Golden Square district known for its bars, pubs, restaurants and cafes
- La Croisette for its luxury brands, palaces, private beaches, restaurants as well as its artisanal Italian ice cream parlors.
- 20 minutes from the old town and its boat departures to the islands and the Gulf of St Tropez
- You will even have the opportunity to go down in flip-flops to pick up your baguette and croissants from the bakery 3 minutes away!
Bus and SNCF station 8 min walk away.
The "City Palm" shuttle is a free solution for getting around the heart of Cannes (Rue d'Antibes/Croisette).
Other remarks
Any arrival between 8:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. will be subject to an additional charge of €50 (please note that we do not hand over keys after 11:00 p.m.)
Check-outs will be at 10:00 AM. However, we can arrange a check-out between 9:30 AM and 11:00 AM depending on our availability. (Please note that we do not accept key collections before 9:30 AM.)
Late check-outs between 11:00 and 12:00 will be charged €20.
Tourist tax will be collected on site before the keys are handed over, unless it has already been paid online at the time of booking. (Tourist tax amount: €4 per person per day)
A €400 deposit will be required for any reservation made via the Swikly app.
Taking out holiday liability insurance covering your stay is your responsibility. Failure to comply with this formality will result in the tenant being held liable in the event of a claim and cannot under any circumstances be the fault of the property manager.
The kitchen must be cleaned and the dishes washed and put away after your departure, otherwise you agree that a supplement of €30 will be taken from your deposit or paid on site.
Please take out your rubbish before your final departure from the accommodation, otherwise you will accept that a supplement of €30 will be taken from your deposit or paid on site.
The accommodation is non-smoking, any violation of this rule will be charged €200 to cover cleaning and deodorization costs.
A set of sheets and bath towels will be provided for your arrival on the basis of one set per bed per stay. If you would like an additional set or a renewal, please notify us 24 hours in advance; the additional set will be charged from €40.
Travel cot or high chair available on request for an additional charge of €25 per item per stay to be paid on site (without bed linen)
We will provide you with welcome products for your arrival. The products at your disposal are welcome products; they are there to allow you to arrive with complete peace of mind. We cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for your entire stay. This will depend on your personal consumption.

The cleaning fee corresponds to the return of the accommodation to its original condition after your departure at the end of your stay. If you would like additional cleaning, please contact us in advance. We will charge extra for this cleaning.
In the event of an emergency requiring our intervention, we will be able to intervene in the accommodation by appointment between 9:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
The use of the apartment is strictly reserved for the people mentioned on the reservation, any foreign presence will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation or the invoicing of additional travelers at the rate of €100 per additional traveler per day.
The use of the apartment and all its equipment must be carried out with due care and without disturbing the neighborhood.
