This accommodation was renovated in 2022, fully equipped, spacious and bright and is located in the heart of Cannes city center.

I live a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
On the day of your arrival, I will greet you in front of the residence to show you the apartment and hand you the keys. During your stay, I will be available for any advice or assistance and can travel to assist you as best as possible during your stay.
The location is ideal: 350m from Rue d'Antibes and its shops and 440m from La Croisette and the beaches.
All shops are located in the immediate vicinity:
-Rue d'Antibes: restaurants, boutiques, ready-to-wear, cinemas, bars, cafes, etc.
-Casino Shop Supermarket 300 meters away.
-Croisette: luxury stores, palaces, seaside, beaches, restaurants, artisanal Italian ice cream parlors, snack kiosks, souvenir kiosks, cafes, etc.
Cannes SNCF train station is 1 km from the apartment.
Bus stops are close to the apartment.
The 'Navette City Palm' bus helps you get around the heart of Cannes (Rue d'Antibes/Croisette).

Linens are provided upon arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.
If you would like cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to arrange a quote for this additional service.
Pool/beach towels are not included.
The accommodation does not have soap, washing machine products (dishwasher/washing machine), or coffee.
