The apartment has an outdoor swimming pool (unheated) in the residence available for holidaymakers.
Holidaymakers have access to the entire apartment.
Guests must contact the agency no later than two days prior to arrival to arrange a key collection time at the property's address. Since someone will be on-site to greet you, a specific key collection time would be appreciated.
If you wish to arrive outside of arrival hours, particularly after 7 p.m., please ask the agency if an alternative arrival is possible.
Throughout the booking process, tenants will also be able to contact the agency if they have any questions about the accommodation and/or the neighborhood to ensure the smooth running of their stay.
Check-out is by 10 a.m. at the latest. Please contact the agency to arrange a key collection time.
The residence is just steps from the Oliviers swimming pool, with its outdoor park and greenery. At the intersection of the street, you'll find the lovely Le Jardin restaurant, offering a spacious outdoor area and a wide range of food options, including their famous grilled dishes.
Located in the Montfleury district, tenants will be able to take full advantage of all the local shops, including pharmacies, bakeries, supermarkets, tobacconists, restaurants, bars, printers, wine merchants, doctors, florists, post office, banks, etc.
About 10 minutes from the apartment is the Cannes train station and the famous Rue d'Antibes with its many boutiques. A 15-minute walk also takes you to the famous Croisette with its luxury stores and large, trendy beaches.
The Palais des Festivals is approximately a 25-minute walk from the accommodation.
The accommodation does not have a parking space, so you will have to find a space on the street depending on availability. Nearby parking spaces are free day and night;
Parking is available under the inter-market on Place du Commandant Maria, an 8-minute walk from the apartment (paying, see prices on their website).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation. However, dishes must be washed upon departure and the trash must be taken out to the residence's trash room.
A set of sheets will be provided for each bed upon arrival, based on the number of people listed on the reservation. A bath towel will also be provided per person upon arrival.
Pool and/or beach towels are not included in the reservation.
Linen changes during your stay are an additional charge, as are mid-stay cleanings. Please contact the agency for a quote for these services.
The apartment door slams shut. Remember to always keep a key with you when you leave. Tenants who leave their keys in the door lock and/or inside the apartment and find themselves locked out will be charged a locksmith fee.
Parties are prohibited and quiet hours are between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
Pets are prohibited.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
The pool is reserved for the tenants listed in the reservation. The condominium does not accept guests of vacationers.

Linens are provided upon arrival (one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one bath mat, one tea towel, one roll of toilet paper).
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.
