HOUSING
In terms of layout, you will find:
- A living room opening onto the terrace and including a dining table for 4 people, a television and a comfortable sofa.
- A separate kitchen with everything you need, including all the household appliances, a kettle, a toaster, and lots of other equipment.
- A bedroom en suite with a double bed, storage, access to the terrace and a sea view when you wake up, as well as a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
- A second suite-style bedroom also, with double bed, storage and shower room.
- Separate toilets.

Access to the property in 20 minutes on foot, 12 minutes by bus or 7 minutes by car from Cannes train station.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Free parking on the street right next to the accommodation, with shared parking in the residence.
Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels, etc.)
Daily essentials upon arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water, etc.)
Concierge service available to you throughout your stay.
Departures are until 11 a.m. and arrivals from 4 p.m. (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will be happy to do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 p.m.
Late arrival until 10 p.m. on request and at an additional cost.
Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all key box arrivals.
